My name is Lotte, and alongside my work as a vocal coach and choir conductor, I founded CRE8 Online Art Academy in 2023. The idea for CRE8 came from my passion for art and my belief in the power of collaboration. Art is a field where talent and creativity thrive, but it also needs space for sharing knowledge and growing together. With CRE8, I wanted to create a place where art professionals can inspire and support each other. A welcoming platform with affordable training where you can not only share your unique methods but also learn from others who share your passion for the arts. My dream is to strengthen the field of arts together, encourage innovation, and build a space where artists and art professionals can grow and develop further. Julian Knörzer (Freiburg) studied music education and choir conducting (MH-Freiburg, RAMA Vocal Center). As a beatboxer, singer, choir director and arranger, he is active in the German vocal scene (including UNDUZO, Acoustic Instinct, Jazzchor Freiburg, Twäng!, Senior Jazzchor) and works internationally as a lecturer. In beatboxing, he specialized in accompanying vocal ensembles, which led him to publish the teaching book "Beatbox Your Choir - Chöre und Vocal Groups perfekt begleiten" (Schott) in 2015. Julian Knörzer teaches jazz/pop choir conducting beatboxing at the University of Music Freiburg, the University of Music Tübingen and the University of Music Trossingen. In addition to his teaching activities and active concert life, he co-founded the vocal music festival Black Forest Voices in 2019.

Collin Hoeve is a Dutch singer-songwriter best known for his ability to instantly create songs. You could have seen him in action on Hollands Got Talent or as the songwriter for the talkshow Humberto on RTL4. It is his philosophy that everyone can be creative and write songs, with the right mindset and tools at your disposal. His background as a music teacher and guitar teacher at the Codarts Conservatory help to support people that need a little help developing their musical vocabulary and to broaden your creative horizon.
