My name is Rohan Poldervaart, choir conductor and educator. I’ve studied bachelors Music in Education, my masters in Innovative Choir Leading and my post-master in Soloist performance at the conservatory of Aalborg, Denmark.
I work internationally as a workshop leader, trainer and coach and I’ve specialized in social cohesion and the influcence on a creative context.
I’m a teacher who gives a lot of space to the creativity of others. I can listen very well and I am challenged by my own and others challenges. If we use our senses in an optimal way, we can experience way more than the notes and music. Under the music there are many layers of expression, tension, excitement, security and love. Somethings we can’t define, but we know that it is there.. live in the room.
